Latchkey Coffee Co makes specialty coffee for people who have things to do. We sell online in the United States, in whole-bean and ground formats, without flavors, mushrooms, adaptogens, or inflated claims.

Coffee organized by the day

The line follows how coffee is actually used: The Opener for breakfast, Heavy Rotation for the daily cup, Side B for a half-caf afternoon, Unplugged when caffeine is done, and Full Tilt when a measured higher-caffeine brew is called for.

Numbers you can use

Every product page states origin, process, roast level, tasting notes, net weight, and a lab-tested caffeine figure in milligrams with the brew ratio used. We measure the brewed cup rather than presenting a number based on dry grounds.

Extra Life

Our subscription defaults to 21 days because that is closer to the way regular coffee drinkers finish a bag. The aim is simple: fresh coffee arrives before the old bag is empty.
